Carry-In and Depot Repair procedures
If you are shipping your product for repair to us via UPS or any
other courier you will need to obtain an RMA number. To obtain an
RMA you can call 781-340-5559 ext229 and we will give you an RMA
over the phone. You may also obtain an RMA through our web site
by going to the RMA section and filling out the form provided. We
will then email you your RMA to you.
Once you have received your RMA you can ship your product for repair
to Mardek Computer Services 84 Commercial Street, Weymouth, MA 02188.
ATTN Service department.
Please when shipping your machine include.
RMA number on the box o A note with your Name, address telephone
number.
Describe your machines problem
If your unit is under warranty send a copy of your proof
of purchase. If you have a warranty
exception from the product manufacturer Make a note
of that for us.
Please remove all cables, manuals and plastic accessories.
You may also bring your unit for repair directly to Mardek between
the hours
9:00AM -5:00PM Monday through Friday. If your machine is under warranty
please
remember to bring a copy of your proof of purchase. Directions
Turnover Time
The average repair time is 1 day from the time we receive the machine.
Pricing
There is no charge for the repair of Warranty machines
On out of warranty repair there is a $25.00 estimate
On Epson out of warranty repair there is a free estimate
